Product warranty

Units are provided with a 24-36 month manufacturer’s warranty. 

 

Installation work warranty

All installation and assembly work we carry out comes with a 24-month warranty. The warranty covers the quality of the work, subject to compliance with all technical regulations and operating requirements. 

For the warranty to be valid:

• The unit must be installed by a certified specialist (our team);
• Regular maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements;
• Installation documents must be retained;

 

The warranty covers:

• Damage resulting from improper use, negligence or mechanical damage;
• Wear and tear that occurs over time;
• Equipment that has not been serviced according to the manufacturer's specified schedule;
• For equipment that has been repaired or modified without authorisation;
• Damage caused by external circumstances (for example, voltage fluctuations, flooding, fire, etc.)
